Dear Charlie, you also might want to remind Pete of the role the Canadian Ambassador Ken Taylor, along with MP Flora McDonald and PM Joe Clark, played during the 1979 hostage crisis in Iran. As you will remember, 6 American diplomats were sheltered, at great risk, by the Canadian Ambassador to Iran for 79 days and Canada facilitated their return to the US. That is real leadership! Canadians are not playing nice, yet his dear leader is sending troops from his Department of War to march on his own people.
