Thank you Charlie for playing this important role of fighting fascism in Canada! We have to be super vigilant and find ways to reach across party lines. Solidarity is the answer! 🇨🇦

Charlie, when you look back at the Harper years he opened the door to let the Maga attitude into Canada! For example ,Harper said he was going to build big ships for the Navy and help our Vet's and what did he do? He did the opposite and defence spending fell to 0.99% . (According to Tony Keene's article in C.B.C news, Jan.11,2017. He cut services to our Armed forces and Veterans ! We will need our Armed forces more than ever now. We will never forget the Harper years and never want to go back to that . Looks like a win for Trump when Harper got in and now if P.P. gets in there will not be a Canada. Our country will be stripped mined of oil , minerals and water .

Lets not forget that if we do get taken over by the Americans, they draft their kids to military service. Everyone will be able to carry a gun in their purses ..or pockets. Yay!!

Well that should make Canadian's feel safer don't you think?

The only way to work across party lines with so called conservatives would be for those that are in opposition to leave the party and vote against it. Beyond that it's just lip service.

I guess we can be grateful the US regime Musk and Trump are forming have overstepped so blatantly that no one who still thinks of themselves as actually conservative should want it spreading north, like a putrid ooze. Good luck from down here in the crucible, y'all!

It is about the total destruction of liberal society. . .too much secrecy in conservative party. . see if you can find out before it s too late. YouTube Red wine group Heather Cox Richarson and Jasmine Crockette. They hav a tool kit . . .

Speaking of the notwithstanding

Whoops. I wanted to mention the cavalier and opportunistic way the government of the province I live in, Quebec, has used the notwithstanding clause to advance their linguistic platform - all at the expense of the anglophone minority.

As I watch the beginnings of the battle between Trump and post-secondary education (Harvard for example), is eerily similar to what the Quebec government has done to two of the province’s major English-language universities, McGill and Concordia. The CAQ party recently increased out-of-province students’ tuition by almost 35%, saying they’ll give that extra money to francophone educational institutions that are apparently in need of more funding.

That increase in tuition amounts to millions in lost revenue that has McGill and Concordia scrambling to survive. Already enrolment is significantly down.

This government is systematically shelling out the foundations of English-language education as well as other anglo services.

The federal government, currently a Liberal one, does little to upset Quebec, a key piece to their continued time in power.

First, Polievre and the Conservative Party of Canada must get elected. The polls, which have the Liberals with a 6-7 point lead, indicate a Conservative win is highly unlikely. And what will the CPC do then? Will Pierre Polievre be the third party leader to get jettisoned after the last three federal elections? Four if you count Stephen Harper.

I hope you and others have a back up plan Charlie if we fail to win by voting because Canadians are not going to sit idly by and watch like they have in the USA, we can not let them get that far. They have a lot of money invested in this game, and because they are truly evil they will not play fair and be damned if we should if it comes to that point. I refuse to sit by idly and watch innocent human beings be sent to places like El Salvador in my own country.

How do we get the message to the people prayed upon by the Musk like social media?

The people caught in a provincial media consciousness that is easily manipulated.

With all the paid manipulation of media ,

Without multiple media sources to sift through the misinformation maple maga thrives.

I'm sorry Charlie, didn't you decide not to run again? We hear more chirping from you post political life as anyone in Timmins/NWO has in all your political life "at the trough"! You and Jagmeet helped a utterly corrupt Liberal party that's your legacy!

That is unfactual, unfair, silly and snide. ANY citizen can, as you have, "chirp" as much as they like. And I choose to chirp that the Liberal party may have been many things, but "utterly corrupt" is a laughably false statement.

I take it you are one of those charming folk who demand freedom of speech for themselves, but not for others.
